| Ned and Jessica O'Malley "In our lifetimes we are faced with a few hurdles or obstacles that at first glance leave us with the impression that we are up against overwhelming odds. Thus, when our daughter Shaina, took to the waters of pre-school as though she had been cast out to sea, we were long on anxiety and short on answers. The teacher and administrator at Shaina’s pre-school suggested that we wean her in gradually. We agreed but still the nights before and the mornings of dreaded school were an exercise in sheer fear and anticipation. Since this was her first time without both mom and dad, the school apparently represented a vague conceptual abyss to where Shaina dealt with abandonment. During a three-week period there was absolutely nothing that quelled her anxiety. It was very difficult listening our child on her monitor at night shouting out, “No pre-school, I want to stay home” in her sleep. Then a serendipitous moment allowed this house to diffuse when we chose Buddy Bear’s First Day at Pre-School on “ON-DEMAND”. The simple well choreographed first day of school allowed our daughter to empathize with Buddy. “Buddy’s scared” Shaina said. “Buddy’s scared!” I could feel Shaina’s energy level settle as I watched the video with her. There is something to be said of allowing a child a glimpse of something, that only appears terrifying, from the safety of her living room. Buddy’s pre-school and Shaina’s became one that evening while Shaina watched her next day become less and less frightening Well, Daddy dropped Shaina off at pre-school the day following our introduction to Buddy and just as Buddy did, Shaina said “Good-bye daddy!” I wasn’t surprised by her reaction because I truly believe the video allowed my wife and I an opportunity to exhale, too and with that we watched our daughter begin a new chapter in her life. She has a newfound love of her teachers. She has discovered a bevy of friends. She’s excited on days that she has pre-school. Yes, and it all came into play on a chance peek at a little bear and his dad driving to pre-school in a red convertible. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Perhaps someday Shaina will thank you. Little girls should sleep well on nights before school. Buddy has allowed Shaina to close her eyes, as all three-year-olds need to do, with exciting anticipation of new and wonderful day ahead. |

| Kim "Austin (our 4 year old) was anxious and nervous to go to Vacation Bible School. Even though he had gone the previous summer.. developmentally he was at a stage that he was more apprehensive. Fortunately we had just spent the weekend previewing your video. I was able to stop Austin from crying by reminding him about Buddy Bear. I in fact find myself singing #14 off the CD while I am at work. So I just wanted to give you some positive feedback and say keep making more videos and music too. My son has learned a lot. There is one part in the video where they shake there arms, hands, turn around.... and he does that along with the video.
